DEACONS RECOMMEND PROPOSED 2012 BUDGET
TO THE CONGREGATION
CONGREGATIONAL INFORMATION SESSION –
THIS SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, 9:00 AM FELLOWSHIP HALL
CHURCH CONFERENCE TO VOTE ON PROPOSED BUDGET –
OCTOBER 2 IN MORNING WORSHIP
At their regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, September 19, the Deacons of First Baptist Church unanimously approved the proposed 2012 church budget as proposed by the Budget Preparation Committee and the Finance Committee. Now, the budget moves to the congregation for consideration and final action.
This coming Sunday, September 25 at 9:00 AM, there will be an information session regarding this budget proposal. Lewis Shropshire, Chair of the Finance Committee will be present along with others to present the proposed budget and respond to questions. Then, on Sunday, October 2, the church will be called into conference at morning worship for the limited purpose of voting on the proposed budget.
