Joyful Worship

We are a worshipful church.  We believe we can worship God in a traditional church service, a           contemporary church service, a family service at home, an informal service in an outdoor setting, or in carrying our missions and services projects.  We can worship alone, but we recognize the power that comes when two or more are gathered together.

We are a musically minded church.  Depending on the service, we are open to classical, traditional Baptist, spirituals, contemporary Christian and other music that enhances worship.  We have choir programs for all ages.  Our children sing at festivals in the state; our teenagers have sung in England and the continent of Europe; our adults have sung in the nation’s capital and in local community events.  All of us seek to make a joyful noise unto the Lord.
